Fire no 2 for :iconatomictiki:'s Obscuri-Jam with my second entry being Adrena Lynn from the Kim Possible .

Wasted potential she was, the shownrunners claim she wasn't popular but it was still very early in the show's run when this happened and there was room to make her a creditable villain if they kept working on her. Heck it happened with Drakken and Shego so there was no reason they couldn't try. But alas, she was cast by the wayside and only appeared in a cameo at the end of the series and a video game appearance. Pity.

Though yeah I will admit that "Freaky!" catchphrase was annoying. =P

She could have been Kim's main female rival but Shego had more layers to her character and her wit and sarcasm was what made her a more dynamic character then Adrenna Lynn. This "dare-devil" was pretty much too one-dimensional with her greed, cowardice and her constantly annoying use of the word freaky. I say they made the right choice with choosing Shego over her.
